Golden bird of paradise
When Kelson calls for this bird, he actually means The Black faced Golden Bowerbird
"Sericulus aureus"
This feather is very similar to Ariel Toucan,
but even softer and can be found in much larger size as well.
The color is also a little more orange in top part of the feather.

To find the "real" stuff is almost impossible,
and finding a good substitute is not that easy either.
The best subs I know so far is actually a topping.
Fact is that when structure of the Bowers feathers are that soft,
and Kelson calls for at least 3 feathers as a tail,
together they will be quite similar to a nice topping.
